Review on 👀 Ardell Knot-Free Individuals Medium Black False Eyelashes Multipack - 1-Pack by Deana Schiernbeck

Disclaimer: This review is as of the date of purchase. I'll come back and edit it as soon as I get a chance to see how well these lashes wear/hold up in a few days or (fingers crossed!) weeks. As long as I like them. This was my first time using Individual/Flash and I have never had regular eyelash extensions before. For a beginner I think they went pretty easy! The lashes (I have medium length black tangle free ones) flow smoothly into my natural brown lashes. I imagine the knot type would be more obvious than this, so I'm glad I don't have any knots. To apply, I used Duo Clear Lash Glue, which is specially formulated for individual lashes. I used about 15 lashes per eye and trimmed the 3 innermost lashes for a graduated look (though I think I can do better in the future). Contrary to the "official" instructions, I actually followed the advice from the online video and applied the lashes to the bottom of the lash line, not the top. This way they blend better and do not form a clumpy lash line when viewed from above. Just be careful not to get glue on the waterline and get your eyes glued up! Attached are photos from the first day of wearing, right after the shower. You can see the black lashes stand out a bit without makeup as my bottom (natural) lashes are clearly a different color. If you look up from the bottom, you can also see separate clusters with gaps in between. However, with eyeliner to fill in those gaps and black mascara on the bottom lashes, it looks really solid and beautiful! Now let's just hope they don't fall out right away.
