This hat is very well made and I was so happy when I first saw it. I put it on right away and it was too big, I just tightened it, I did it until I couldn't take it any further. All that happened was he checked the upper, nothing changed on the width which was too big for my head. My head is 22 inches tall and when I put one of my other hats in this one you can see it's a lot wider. I actually checked my order and thought I might have ordered a men's hat. If your head is between 23-25 inches this will fit, unfortunately I had to go back.
