I don't usually write reviews but I bought it with a wall phone, twiststop doesn't fit one of our phones. All of our phones have a curved handset that only fits on the straight bottom of the handset. The cord is fine. I didn't return it. I just threw a twiststop in a drawer and if we ever find a phone that fits, we'll use it. I use cable. I would not recommend this item. I didn't ask for it back, but I'd like it. The cable isn't very strong either.
