Heading: NiteRider Online Store: A Dim Experience

Review: I'm someone who does a lot of their shopping for cycling gear online, so I was really thrilled to give NiteRider's online store a shot. My experience, unfortunately, left me feeling unimpressed and unsatisfied. Despite the fact that their website is straightforward to traverse, I was underwhelmed by the products they had available to choose from. They don't have a very big selection, and I was dissatisfied to see that they didn't sell any of the labels that I was anticipating being able to get my hands on. In addition, their prices were a little bit higher than what I've seen on other websites, which was unexpected given the limited selection that they had. I contacted their customer support team in order to get an answer to a question I had regarding one of their products. Even though they responded relatively swiftly, I didn't find their response to be very helpful, and I thought they were dismissive of my concerns. I was left with the impression that they were not really interested in providing a response to my question, and as a result, I felt frustrated. My time spent shopping at the NiteRider internet store was, on the whole, not a very pleasant one. Their website may be simple to navigate, but the limited assortment of products combined with the higher prices make it difficult to recommend shopping there. And despite the fact that I am unable to comment on the quality of their customer support as a whole, in my personal experience, there was much room for improvement.
