Easy to map out employee engagement scores with quick turn-around time

The ease of use, reporting capabilities, access to historical data as well as future predictions are some aspects which I like about this software package from CAVANATICS. It also integrates with other third party systems very nicely allowing for cross-company analysis.

If you're looking at solutions such as SAP or Oracle HRIS then your needs will be different than if it's just one system but both can work together in real time so there isn't much difference between those two options either way. We were able to quickly map out our employee engagement scores over several years using their predictive modeling capability within seconds instead of weeks (or even months).
