I've been using LiveChat for more than 2 years now - great experience!

The best thing about this program, its simplicity of use for both customers as well us employees! It's easy-to operate from any device (PC/Mac), also it has great customer service which makes all our problems solved in no time at least once every week or so if not more often than needed by clients' needs :) I dislike only one feature - there should be an option where we can easily filter out unimportant messages like notifications etc., but other then these minor details everything works just fine :). We are solving issues regarding website design / development services provided through collaboration via chat rooms between client & developer team members using augmented reality technology available today called AR glasses such as Google Glasses!

Pros
  • Very good support system with immediate availability to troubleshoot even tiny issue; very user friendly interface that could provide instant response without having needlessly too much training before making first contact with software product itself when looking after new project implementation ;) Also helpful tools related e.g.: customizable templates providing possibility to quickly configure own set
