I don't normally write product reviews but I am very impressed with the quality of this dual monitor stand! The stand came disassembled and was incredibly easy to assemble. It uses the exact same locking pin system (including extras) as Ikea and the instructions are easy to follow as well. The surfaces are some kind of hard plastic coating that is very strong to the touch and probably protects the inside of the chipboard from splatters or scratches. The two side panels are actually hinged on a pin, so the spacing between the stands is easy and even, and rubber feet are attached to prevent slipping. It didn't originally sit perfectly flat on my glass table, but the weight of the monitors eliminated the slight wobble that was present. The size is perfect for my two 24" monitors (locating pins in the next-nearest hinge pin holes), but those with larger monitors can bring the monitors closer to the edges or lengthen the side wings with one of the other hinge pin holes. There's plenty of space under the center stand for my laptop's power adapter and docking station, with plenty of room on the sides for laptops or other items. All in all it looks like a VERY high quality product and a great deal!
