Before that, the table had been occupied by two Apple wireless keyboards. Both were required; one to set the iMac as a secondary monitor and the other as the primary computer. This keyboard was purchased with the hope of eliminating the need for a second keyboard, but the bluetooth connection frequently disconnects. So, both keyboards on the table stayed there, and this one also got wired, which is really disappointing for me. In an effort to silence the creaking, I went out and bought some more lubrication. Overall though, the keyboard is great, and I enjoy using it.
