I use these for BJJ no gi and under a gi and the fit is the right about of tight. I usually order M t-shirt size and based on reviews I chose to order this product in a S and I'm happy with the decision to do so (although M wouldn't have been the end of the world). Sleeve length is perfect and doesn't pinch or bunch in the armpit. One of the shirts had some obvious rework in the stitching on one sleeve (blue thread section on a black shirt), but overall no issues after wearing or washing.
