my hairstylist friend ruined my color and made my hair dark brown with a reddish tinge instead of light copper chestnut. I had a nervous breakdown, I cried. Finally, while trying to fix the error, a friend told me about this product. I ordered 2 packs because my hair is very long (and I ended up using both packs). It took away all the dark color and made my hair a lighter brown which I will be adding my regular toner to tomorrow. It wasn't difficult to use, the smell is not pleasant but passed. The rinsing process was long and tedious, but it was worth it. My order arrived in a day and a half. I hope I never have to use it again but it's nice to know it's there lol
