Very nice big bag

When I first saw it the first thing I knew was that this bag is huge. It is the size of a hand luggage. This isn't a criticism or a compliment, it's just a fact; that thing is pretty big. I think it's big enough to ruin the look of the bike, but if you (like me) don't care, you (like me) will love this bag. i love this thing I just got it and having so much extra storage space is so freaking nice I can't get over it. I brag to my riding friends that I can actually haul a decent amount of stuff on my bike and they're not impressed, but if you're on the road you probably know how hard it is to take your bike to the grocery store wimp. small saddlebags and can barely squeeze in three frozen meals and six beers with either. Well, it definitely solves that problem. I can easily fit my full face helmet and leave room in the main compartment. With a little fiddling I can fit a small half helmet and a 3/4 medium helmet in there. Of course, this can destroy the "sleek and stylish" look of your bike, but it makes it a much more practical mode of transportation. As for me, I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't care what my bike looks like as long as I enjoy riding it (and I enjoy riding this bag even more), so this bag will become my permanent thing. but it's also a great travel-only bag as it's super easy to get on and off the bike. Easily enough room for five days' worth of clothing plus toiletries etc. Now for the pros and cons: Pros - Item is durable; it feels like I can throw him off the mountain and everything will be fine. Very good materials, very strong, smooth zips (for the most part - see cons). The main compartment is quite large and easily fits in my full face helmet leaving more room. The main compartment has a nicely padded laptop compartment. or tablets, which I think will come in very handy in the future. Above the main compartment is an additional compartment that is approximately 3 inches high, ideal for storing small items such as gloves and goggles. I didn't think I'd like it that much, but this top compartment opens easier than the main compartment and is shaped to open up the space, making it easier to get in and not break anything when you close it. MOLLE EVERYWHERE. .Almost to the point where it's a bit silly. I mean, it's useful, but geez, how much crap do you think I'm going to put into this thing? It's not bad, it's just funny. If I ever want to tie something, I have countless options. The ratchet straps are very nice and I love that they give you a range of different options. The quick release buckles allow me to securely attach this thing to my bike in about thirty seconds and take it off in about ten seconds. The bag sits low enough to be used as a backrest if you place it in the back seat. (.sometimes - see cons). The firmware is excellent; All handles, MOLLE etc seem very strong and durable. A rain cover is attached to the bag in a small hidden compartment. It fits well around the bag and has reflective lettering. I haven't used it so can't say if it keeps rain out but it's the same material as umbrellas and I think it works great. There are several sturdy handles as well as a shoulder strap for portability. Bag until she's on a bike. Drink holders are good (even more MOLLE on it). Side pockets open fully for easy access. judging by the general appearance of the motorcycle. The zippers are great overall, but the main compartment zipper sometimes gets caught in the back corner; definitely not a big problem, but something caught my eye. Makes the small top compartment more attractive. The semi-rigid design allows the bag to deform slightly during installation. If you pull the straps too hard, the plastic inserts will bend, causing me to leave the straps a little looser than I'd like. The bag doesn't go anywhere, but it can still be pushed around a bit. This is likely to happen with any semi-rigid bag, so it's not a problem at all. If you want to use it as a backrest, you must have something in your pocket to help you lean against it, otherwise the semi-rigid construction cannot support your weight. I'm thinking of constructing a rigid frame out of PVC pipes to support my weight all the time. Of course there is a place for him. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a new trunk bag. Overall I think this is a solid buy; You get what you pay for. In this case you pay a lot, but it's actually very nice. I'll update if I think of anything else.

Pros
  • Perfect fit for me
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
