I looked at many different massage mats/cushions. When I received it, at first glance I was very satisfied with the build quality. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but this is a well put together device. To be clear, while I think this will work surprisingly well in a car (and it comes with a car adapter), that's not why I bought it. I bought this to use at home on the couch as I suffer from back and leg pain and have long wanted a good massage mat. This is not a flimsy rug. It has a pronounced, strong lumbar support. The mat is made of memory foam and is very supportive. He massages very well. It has five different modes (pulsing, tapping, rolling, automatic mode and kneading). I prefer the roll feature, where it moves from the top of the pad and then gradually activates up to the hips. Then the loop starts again from the top. It's incredibly relaxing. The product also comes with instructions on how to activate the 2-year warranty. I emailed and received a response in less than an hour which was a pleasant surprise. The only information they asked for was my order number from Revain. Another reason I love this product is that some sofas (mine at least) tend to sag a little over time and you're sitting on them all the time. This rug makes up for it and I now feel more comfortable and comfortable on my couch. I was thinking about another model from the same brand that includes a shiatsu massage. The reason I decided against this particular model is because I intend to leave this cushion on my sofa all the time when I'm sitting on it. be intrusive and uncomfortable when I just want to sit without using the massage function. That's why I like this model, which uses vibration massage and feels comfortable every time you sit, whether it's on or not. This is a decision that everyone must make for themselves when choosing the type of pillow to buy. It all depends on your intended use. However, I was very impressed with the quality of the product and their responsive customer service when I activated my warranty. They are not only punctual but also friendly. It's not like the single auto-generated email we've all received at some point. It is of excellent quality and I can wholeheartedly recommend it with 5 stars. I wouldn't change my purchase decision one iota. I expect that others who make this purchase will also be glad they did. It exceeds my expectations.
