This skirt is great for everyday wear. For reference, I weigh 127 pounds, am 5.4 feet tall and wear a size 0-2 dress. You can adjust the skirt lower or higher in the waist. For me, it ends just above the knee when the top edge of the skirt is level with the navel. If you are a little taller than me (but no taller than 5.8ft) and weigh a little more than me (but no more than 140lbs), I think you can still wear this cute skirt. It is mainly made for petite and/or thin girls/women. The skirt is made of a not very dense fabric, so it took a long time to smooth out the folds (quite a lot of folds remain). They wrinkle easily when worn, but it's not scary. The label inside will scratch the skin so I will most likely remove it. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.
