I like that it's self service so there aren't any support or client services to deal with - which is great! It has been very easy for me as an owner of my own app (that we use internally) to get people set up using this platform because they are able to create their first account within 5 mins from creating our form online.

The pricing model could be more inclusive at lower tiers but once your usage surpasses $5k/month then its expensive compared to competitors who have similar features such as Heroku etc.. We're looking into other options now given how well CloudBase works out of box though not sure what those will look like yet. Our customers love being connected via webhooks through Zapier integrations.
