Great product and excellent customer experience

I like that it's self service so there aren't any support or client services to deal with - which is great! It has been very easy for me as an owner of my own app (that we use internally) to get people set up using this platform because they are able to create their first account within 5 mins from creating our form online. The pricing model could be more inclusive at lower tiers but once your usage surpasses $5k/month then its expensive compared to competitors who have similar features such…

  • Easy integration
  • Great customer success team.
  • Self Service portal where you can manage all aspects yourself without having anyone do anything else in terms getting setup, hosting applications / databases & managing them along side users accounts management too if needed

  • Good but not great
