Review on Spicer 3 3 4851X Slip Yoke Assembly by Sean Tops

Item received new in box with protective sleeve but also with some rusty and slightly corroded spots inside the frog hole and outside of the fork touching the fork hub I called Dana about this and was told that this part was indeed discontinued in 1997 which would explain its condition after so many years of storage Fork was not as polished as the OEM part I was replacing, I spent several hours hand polishing it to ensure it matched the smooth finish of the original factory part, also removing all traces of rust and corrosion , which probably caused wear on the new bushings in my newly rebuilt transmission.
