The leather wallet itself is very strong and just what I was looking for. The leather loop closure is also very strong and does not come off easily. Clips that hold the chain on both the purse and the loop are a different story. I find them very thin, in fact you've already stretched out and are about to get out of your wallet. If you need this chain for anything other than decoration, these clips will need to be replaced.
