This product was shipped completely disassembled which was very inconvenient and could leak. The water connector has been disconnected from the main water bag with no way to prevent leakage in case it is accidentally disconnected. The handle was also separate and the mechanism for its attachment does not work. Another similar product I've had before came fully assembled and without these issues. The reason I bought this pack and not this one was the handy look of the attachment but with this I will definitely go back to the previous product which was better quality and actually cheaper.
