I really liked this product when I first got it, the vibration worked well enough that my dog could listen to the commands I used to give. However, the shock doesn't always work on her, I assumed it was the thick fur around her neck. But recently I took her collar off and found the pin is loose, don't worry she wears it every day since we got it. However, I went to tighten it and it didn't tighten at all, it just kept turning. I swapped the tines and it was only one tine, the shock no longer works and since I'm using the vibration as a warning she thinks there are no consequences if I don't listen to her. I have a Blue Heeler who is a very smart dog but she will test her limits when she knows she can get away with something. Now I need to find a new stun collar and I bought this in September...
