The assembly took two people about 3.5 hours. We are both mechanical and the guidance was good. I would recommend reading the instructions the day before installing and reading them again before installing. We had a few questions about the installation, but in hindsight it made sense. It sucks antifreeze from the engine compartment in front of the thermostat, so it heats up fairly quickly. 2 installers facilitate the laying of heat pipes and heating hoses. We really like the gender, face, and unfreeze features.
