Possibly one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat on. Due to an unexpected delay on our part, we missed the return window, so we're stuck. We've all found it's impossible to sit in this thing for more than a few minutes without the hard piece of plastic on the back banging into our lower back. And the back of the seat itself is bent at a very strange, almost inhuman angle. At least in our lives we cannot imagine who sits in such a position with such a arched back - maybe acrobats? My partner was able to saw off the offending part of the backrest and hopefully with time and enough resistance the backrest will loosen up a bit. However, it's nice to have a mesh back on hot days. The seat cushion itself is quite comfortable but tilts down a bit at an odd angle. The lever for raising and lowering the seat is also on the left, in case that bothers anyone. Also, the armrests don't rise high enough and it's not easy to press a button to lower the backrest. The chair itself rolls well. I definitely wouldn't recommend it and it's seriously overpriced for what it is.
