Item arrived on time. The instructions for the water are very clear, but when we got to step 2 the screws weren't tightening. I wrote to the company following the instructions with pictures and descriptions. Within 12 hours someone replied asking for order information and an address to send me a new spreadsheet. The next day they sent another email asking for more details to improve their process. The new table arrived a few days later and was assembled with no problems. This is a very good table.
