Comfortable to wear good for computers and accessories

My optometrist advised me to wear these glasses when working on the computer. He explained that science is inclined to believe that their use is beneficial due to possible damage to the retina. This set of two glasses is comfortable and easy to wear. They must also be sewn well. They come with a zipped hard case as well as a soft case for each pair. The set also includes two cleaning cloths.
