Excellent new way to manage and track visitors
I liked how easy it was set up, with nothing being overly complicated or confusing about where information went after you entered your details into each section (i had hoped there would be more sections but this didn't prove too much hassle). The initial setup can feel quite time consuming as everything needs inputting correctly which then takes some clicking around through menus later if something isn’t correct! In our case we have disabled access control using an RFID reader so no need at all for physical badge readers - just use one from any phone/tablets etc instead when working remotely away form office space; also saves staff having lots of different pens / markers they may forget otherwise!!
Pros
- It is simple for staff to use and very easy to access data, although it took a while to set up!
Cons
- Would have liked a more in depth explanation of all the features, particularly the way the 'visitors' are set up
