MISSING WINDOWS PRODUCT KEY
My HP laptop had Windows 10 installed BUT it wasn't activated! We contacted HP support to get a product key but they couldn't help us. We ended up having to buy a new Windows 10 just to get a product key. HP customer support easily confirmed our purchase, but I am very disappointed that they were unable to resolve our issue.
