The product description states that they are waterproof to a depth of 10 meters (33 feet). DON'T BELIEVE. I liked using them as a cheaper alternative to my expensive video dive lights and took them snorkeling today. the deepest I went to was 22 feet. My two Lum Cubes are flooded and failed. I was so disappointed in that. Maybe if the Lume Cube had some sort of Go Pro dive box, they'd work better. But don't take them into the water, even if they look sealed.
