My tailbone hurts most of the time due to long standing Lyme disease. The saddle on my bike has no padding at all. I ordered this in hopes that it would allow me to ride my bike longer and it does. I want it to end the tenderness completely, but it doesn't. Now I can ride a bike for 20 minutes, which is better than 5 minutes. My son only helped me install it because I couldn't see under the seat to operate the straps (bad knees too). It took him about 20 seconds. I am completely satisfied with this soft seat cover.
