I expected more from this product but overall I am very satisfied. As an athlete who doesn't get a pedicure or anything like that, my feet are very rough. I was tired of clinging to my socks on rough feet, so I decided to give it a try. The instructions state that the scooter needs to be charged for 10 hours, which seemed pretty absurd to me. I used it for the first time before all 10 hours were up. I haven't noticed any problems with this. It comes with two roller heads, one coarser than the other. To be honest I didn't notice any difference between using the two. The smoothness of the sole has improved significantly after using this product for the first time. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high or too low as there is no comparable experience. I would say the biggest reason for a lot of frustration is that it seems to be taking a long time. I had to go back and forth over the same spots for some time to smooth them out. But maybe that's a problem I don't encounter when using it regularly. But in the end it seems like a cheap solution that works quite well.
