I run a size small for my 7 year old who is about 56lbs and I usually wear small teens. Good quality shirt - product as expected. But it seems to work a little less. My son doesn't like it because it's skin tight, it's a compression shirt so I guess that's his purpose. but if you need a little break, increase the size

- I ordered this for my 10 year old son to wear under his soccer uniform. Fits well and protects hands.
- This shirt was great quality and fit perfectly, however it had a chemical smell that didn't go away with washing.
