If you are using a 'brs' style plate, toss it with a mini bee first. The dome at the bottom of the 110-gram isopropane canister is stovetop-safe, and the canister's nipple is located under the lid. Secure the lid with a rubber band or hair tie, or slip it into a small, zip-top, smell-proof bag. I think this is the perfect size for a solo backpacker unless you are a very tight eater. I also have a 750ml but it's too deep to reach to clean and just more pot than I use. I also have an ever new 900ml wide pan, also too much for one person IMHO. It took me a while to go from aluminum to titanium, but I think the extra cost is worth it. First, because it heats up quickly. And it cools down quickly. Rinse and lay in the sun to dry. Or use some oven heat to dry it out. Washes well with leaves.
