Review on 🎈 Topenca Party Supplies, 12 Inches Dark Green Solid Latex Balloons, 50 Pack by Heather Richardson

I ordered these balloons for St. Patrick's Day. The color has been turned off. Also the main reason I'm returning them is because they have a best before date of May 2017! It's 2020! I was afraid that when we decorate the hall, they will lose air too quickly or even burst when inflated. I didn't want to risk it! I looked it up on the internet: "Latex balloons can be used for many years if stored properly. It is recommended that latex balloons be used within two years of manufacture as they will become brittle and burst if left unused. Unfortunately, the new balloons I bought didn't have an expiration date. I guess I have to take the risk.
