I like how fast they can get things done when you need them to do something specific or solve immediate issues that pop up for your business! It's not great as far as support goes (they don't always seem very responsive), but it is easy enough in use so we've been able to figure out what needs fixing ourselves if there are any problems with our data from time to time.
Our organization uses Pulseatio heavily internally too because of its ease-of-use and ability to quickly find key insights about each employee.
