Very impressed with the improved stability. I injured my knee playing futsal (a couple of times) and didn't go to the doctor. After my first injury, my knee wobbled back and forth and I was afraid to put all my weight on it when I slowed down or turned. After putting on this brace twice in one game, I feel much more confident making cuts and placing weights at different angles, which I couldn't have achieved without the extra support. I certainly wouldn't recommend this brace to others as an alternative to seeing a doctor, as I have, but it does an excellent job of restoring confidence to someone working to restore strength in an injured knee. There are so many positive reviews. the things in these braces that make them great. The fabric is very durable and well sewn. The X-Straps hold everything in place better than any other braces I've used in the past (except for a $1,500 insurance policy that pays out after a full ACL reconstruction), and they don't slip with the Time off my leg like they usually do. happens with most staples. make. However, the tiny struggle of putting them on and taking them off is totally worth the extra support and wearing confidence. Pro tip: I use the ends of the hinges to pull up and push down to hold it in place. Like others, this brace is not meant to be worn for long hours.
