Due to the lack of packaging, it was constantly crumpled, at least until it was washed - not yet washed. I tried steaming it to smooth it out a bit because I got it for Valentine's Day. It stayed wrinkled throughout my date and didn't look like a new shirt should. The manufacturer skimped on the sturdy packaging which I relied on so there was just no opening the box, looks, without special attention for a normally new shirt. I bought it for the color, not the price, but now I'll be more careful. You get what you pay for sometimes.
