I don't have any real problem/complaint about this product. I don't think it's too thin or too hard to open, and it lathers enough for me; but I honestly can't tell it does anything so far as brightening or reducing the yellow in my light gray hair, certainly nothing above and beyond the purple shampoo I normally use that costs much, much less. It's also quite drying, but that seems to be pretty common with these purple shampoos for whatever reason. I'll keep it and use it but won't purchase again.
