I was dismayed to see that the bedding set I ordered was thin and scratchy, and that the blankets and sets appeared to be of low quality when my order eventually arrived. The colors were also not as vivid as they had been on the webpage. I contacted customer service to convey my dissatisfaction, but the responses I received were unhelpful and disrespectful. I was irritated and dissatisfied with my purchase since they wouldn't cooperate with me to fix the problem. Hailea falls short of their rivals in terms of both the caliber of their products and their customer support. In addition to having far more attentive and helpful customer service, several retailers provide products of superior quality for comparable or even lower costs. I wouldn't advise Hailea to anyone looking for high-quality kitchen and home goods.
