First off I just want to say what great customer service they have. When I first bought the projector I thought there was something wrong with mine, but then "Sue" customer service contacted her immediately, she was very helpful. With everything she made it very easy she was able to get me another ship right away. The only reason I had to go back was because I thought there was something in the lens but Sue told me it was dust so I know and learn new things but overall customer service and the only reason I Giving it a 4 is I wish it was clearer but that's why projectors are cheaper than TVs.
