When I first bought it, it leaked. As it is used multiple times each day, leakage was a big problem. So I contacted the company. They responded quickly and offered to check the correct installation of the gasket. Voila, problem solved. Works perfectly. Then the seal got damaged, all my fault. Contacted the company to ask for a replacement. They sent me a FREE replacement! Very impressed with the materials and quality of this product as well as the company's customer service. I loved it so much I bought a second one. I highly recommend this item!
