Review on 🔆 HERCOO LED Lights Bulbs Kit for 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 AC Climate Heater Control, Aftermarket Replacement by Joe Comforti

The LEDs are bright and work well. As noted in the listing and reviews/questions, lightbulbs have polarity. However, there is no actual polarity marking on the old bulbs, these new bulbs, or the control box they come with. I disassembled the controller to look at it. board inside. There are no markings either, but I noticed that older bulbs had a dot with a notch on one side and on the circuit board the sides were connected by dots. I assumed it was the positive (+) terminals. I also noticed that the new bulbs have the HERCOO name on the stems to match certain connectors. I assumed these are the positive (+) terminals as well. See photo. I installed new bulbs with the names on the sticks oriented the same as the original dimpled dots. When I put everything back together for the first time, everything caught fire. I only needed three of the four bulbs included in this kit for my 2004 Dodge Dakota SLT. I hope this information is useful to others.
