This is the BEST deodorant if like me you sweat a lot in the summer. In summer I wear it as a base layer and when it dries I use Arm & Hammer antiperspirant/deodorant. If not, and I ride sleeveless, I stink! I am a triathlete and need all the help I can get. It's good enough on its own, but I still use both in the summer. I started with an old school stone for wetting and applying. It works great and lasts forever. I usually carry it at home and use the scooter at work (lunch break training) or in my triple bag. Get some!
