I give it 1 star because pre-sale customer service is great but post-sale service is terrible and stainless steel chimney finish is poor. This item was delivered in early April but was not installed until May 26th. When pulling up the inner chimney cap to attach to the top wall bracket, the inner chimney cap has 2 scratches on the front (each about 1 inch from the side) due to a burr on the inside of the outer chimney cap. They will not send me a replacement as it has been more than 30 days since purchase. When someone is doing a major kitchen renovation, it's difficult to buy everything the day before the installation. Very dissatisfied with their reign. I don't see any ads for this rule. I only see ads for a 5 year warranty. Oh yes, the 4 screws holding the outer chimney cap to the main unit were almost impossible to screw in. I had to drill a hole with a drill. The screws are made of a low-strength material, so they cannot "cut" themselves into the back of the main unit. The brochure needs to be updated to match the equipment provided. They give instructions on how to hang the unit on 3 screws coming out of the wall. In fact, they now have a plate that you attach to the wall that the main unit hangs on. Seems silly that they can't change the clock from wartime. If I had bought it closer to the install date they would have sent me both. They often seem to complain about scratches.
