IHB23B and QFX BT-206 2.1CH NFC Bluetooth Speaker

This is a comparison test between iLive IHB23B and QFX BT-206 2.1CH NFC Bluetooth speaker. me another bluetooth speaker system for our kitchen, because since we share the household, I usually do the dishes after dinner and like to listen to music. She gave me a QFX BT-206 Bluetooth 2.1 channel NFC speaker system. The QFX system is slightly more expensive; You can find them now for around $70. We LOVE this speaker set (QFX). It works great; With Bluetooth we get a long range (about 30 feet), the sound quality is high for a small speaker system and it can be surprisingly loud. Now to IHB23B. I keep them in the garage while I lift weights and work in the yard. They are basically the same as the QFX with the following differences: 1. (I think this is the most important difference) The IHB23B is not as loud as the QFX. If you're hoping for speakers that actually produce sound, they may not be for you. Don't get me wrong, in a small room they are VERY LOUD; but in the garage/front yard the sound is sufficient but certainly not overwhelming. Price. The QFX is about $30 more expensive than the IHB23B3. Looks. In my opinion, the IHB23B stands out here, especially in the price range. These speakers look very good. They have bright blue LEDs around the circles on the speakers and they look really good. functions. This is probably the biggest factor in the price difference between the QFX and the IHB23B, along with volume. QFX gives you more options (radio tuner, SD card slot, USB slot to play music from sources other than Bluetooth). Both speakers come with cables to connect your iPod/device to the speakers instead of Bluetooth.5. The latter can be a bit finicky, but here it is: an on/off switch. The QFX has a standard "switch" on the back of the subwoofer that flips up and down like a light switch to turn the system on and off. The IHB23B has a button on the top of the subwoofer that you can press to turn the speakers on and off (much more convenient and accessible).6. Bluetooth connectivity and build quality. Both systems work great; We have no problem connecting with someone right away. It's been 2 months and both still work great. Overall I'd say both systems work great and are high quality, money well spent; it all depends on what you need the speakers for. Hoping for more options than just Bluetooth? QFX. Are you looking for something small, but still outstanding sound? QFX. Are you less interested in volume and more concerned with a good system on a smaller budget? IHB23B.Are you looking for something for your dorm or bedroom? I would choose IHB23B. Do you really care how he looks? IHB23B.
