The best thing about this software is that it helps me find job seekers who fit my requirements, in terms of skills/experience etc. I can send them an email or post on social media (FB) at no cost as they are paid by employers when hired through us! They have helped me fill many positions across various industries within our business so far - from junior roles all the way up to senior management level. Sometimes there's nothing much you dislike about using pounce recruiter but sometimes issues arise where we need some support. If your looking for quality service then look elsewhere. It's not worth paying more than $100 per month if you're only getting 1 candidate every couple weeks which isn't enough work to justify monthly payments over say 10 months. We've been able to hire people quickly without having to wait ages for companies to respond.
