I highly recommend using Pounse if you are looking for the BEST company to help you out with all your recruitment needs! I think it's honestly a great company that has a very good customer service, and they treat us so well from Day 1 until after the interview process. Even though most of the time it can be a long wait time and very slow progress through my candidate profile, everything was easy to navigate and manage and the customer services were always quick to follow up. The only minor issues I may say is some of the interview feedback was not really clear as to how to improve as i personally thought the feedback could have been more detailed and more in depth especially when things needed more specific details than what was given. Honestly I think this minor issue is just a matter of getting used to how this online program works but once you get used to how it works it's extremely helpful to make sure you're doing everything right. I have been using them exclusively since 2016 and am happy to keep sharing my knowledge about how powerful, efficient and beneficial it is! I strongly recommend having another recruiter at hand! This is by far the BEST recruiting program I have ever experienced in my 16 years in the construction industry! The best thing about this platform is that it has all of my favorite features in one place, which makes life easier! I dislike having to navigate through multiple platforms when looking at different opportunities/candidates. It would be great if they could combine some aspects from each other into 1 single program so you don't have to go back and forth between them as much. This helps me keep track of everything happening throughout an interview process quickly & easily.
