Tiny form factor excellent. Connections for HDMI, USB keyboard/mouse, speaker and microphone jacks using your own cables. not everyone has this feature pack. The price is great. The responsiveness of the supplier is very good. I've decided to up this to 5* as my experience with the Switch continues to be excellent and it successfully fixed a few minor issues that I blame more. Windows 10 as a KVM switch. (Nevertheless, I hope JideTech adds these notes or something similar to their support literature): I initially had an issue with the screen falling asleep on the main computer ie Windows 10, where there were frequent noises that matched the sound. Windows does this when it detects a new device. It stopped when the computer was actively used. To fix this: I connected the kvm switch to a USB 3.0 port and also adjusted the USB power settings -> go to Start, Settings, System, Power and sleep mode, scroll down to Advanced power options, Change power settings , Change advanced power settings , USB settings, USB custom settings, turn off. Another problem with Windows 10 is windows resizing when switching to another computer. Windows by default thinks no screen = low resolution screen. I found several different tools and selected "RestoreWindows" which I put in the startup folder.
