This wetsuit runs true to size. I chose the XXL because I'm a 6ft 230lb male and it fits great. The zipper seems to be of good quality and has a good long stroke. I tried the suit out in the water this weekend and it did exactly what a wetsuit is supposed to do - keep me warm. As I'm not in the north, 3mm is a good thickness. I ordered gray because I don't like it flashy, so I'm glad there was such an option. I think overall for the price this is a good buy. I've bought others in the past that were more expensive and this one is just as good. I would recommend and buy again.
