The support team are very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs as well as their own products. Nothing really apart from some minor issues which we were able to work around without too much hassle or expense; but I think it was mainly due to my inexperience! Having said that, they do offer free training so worth checking out if you're just starting up your small business online otherwise make sure to speak to them first before signing anything away! They can help guide you through any problems you may encounter whilst building websites for clients (including hosting).
