Bought as a present for my mum when it was on sale. TL;DR is a cheaper plastic V-shaped version of the P1. Packaging, Accessories and Assembly - Comes with a box, open the front and the headphones are presented in a small amount of foam. Includes Mee Audio's standard set of silicone ear tips (double and triple flange) and several foam ear tips. You get a slim MMCX rubber cable with microphone and controls in basic black. This is a 3.5mm 4-pin rectangular connector. There is no memory wire or molded ear hooks in the cable. You also get a black faux leather zip case and a cleaning tool. The IEMs themselves are made of black plastic with MMCX connectors. They can be worn wire up or down by swapping wires with opposite buds. The build seems noticeably cheaper than the P1/PX. The cable has more memory effect than I personally would like. The cable actually weighs more than the headphones, so there's an odd weight imbalance where the cable doesn't want to stay where you leave it and pulls on the headphones because it's heavier than them. in fact, there seems to be more bass and more treble. While it might suit some genres like pop and EDM, it's not something everyone is looking for. The technical data (timbre, dynamic range, micro details, transients) appear to be average or slightly below average for the price range. The attitude is in your head. Conclusions. While I personally liked the P1/PX for its fun setup, all-metal construction, and ability to easily control from most sources, I don't enjoy the P2 in the same way. Sound certainly has its own niche, but the assembly just stunned me. They seem cheaper than I expected. If I needed a Mee Audio product, I'd probably pay extra for a Massdrop (Drop) x Mee Audio Pinnacle PX, even if the coverage isn't the strongest. OR I would go for a better build and a more neutral Tin T2 setup instead. My mom likes them better than her free headphones though, and while I have concerns about the build and durability of the components, the mic + controls work with her iPhone 7 (and dongle) and it sounds good enough while gardening like that she wouldn't mind. I can't recommend them myself as they are consistently average. While the Tin T2 exists to fill that niche cheaper and a few bucks more expensive, the Pinnacle PX has a much better build quality in my experience. They aren't complete trash sonically though, and while there are things I would recommend beforehand, nothing quite as V-shaped for the price. So take it how you want. *Disclaimer* - All impressions of sound, comfort and workmanship are statements of subjective opinion and should not be construed as statements of objective fact.
