Shoes may bend due to packaging.

We are both our first pair (size 8-9 pink) and my daughter loves them so much we bought her another pair in purple and a pair in size 1-2 blue for my son. The other two arrived on time but deformed. I think they packed them too tight, the plastic was bent. I used two cans of soda to reshape and then a blow dryer to smooth out the wrinkles.
