I’m giving a 3/5 because I have a 36 inch waist and purchases accordingly but it’s not like the best fit. On the last clips out of 3 (to make it the tightest) it’s still not as tight as I’d like I’d go down a size. Overall I feel like the 3 strap is so bulky sometimes the straps like make me look pregnant buuut this is GREAT for the gym and around the house not wearing to work or to the mall or a day out.
